Background
Lonely Planet Exchange was set up in the year 2000. The idea, to provide a focused site pick up travel essentials - flights or accommodations without the sideshow of things which aren't really necessary.

Having travelled Europe, South East Asia and Australia, I decided that travel was about knowing what's what, good communication, following your nose, focusing on getting where you want to be.
This is what Lonely Planet Exchange is about.

Lonely Planet Exchange won't tell you to do this or do that. We provide the information you need and put you in a position to make decisions as per your own requirements.
